The Customer (Brand, Venue, or User) has the right to buy RCC - Ad Units using the payment systems available on the company’s website. RCC are digital products and we have a No Return, No Refund Policy.

The actual payment of products and services is deemed to be the moment when all appropriate funds are credited to the Company’s account.

The Company holds no responsibility for the effects caused, in case there are any delays in performing the payment. The Customer is solely responsible for any financial loss risks arising from any possible delays.

The Company has the right to cancel the Customer’s payment if the respective payment is done by a third party. In this case the payment will be transferred back to the same bank details they came from. If this occurs, the Customer is charged with all costs for funds transfer.

In case the payment system(s) stop(s) operating for some time, the Company has the right to postpone the date of purchase until the payment system(s) resume(s) working.
